My name is Karen, a private chef from northern Mexico, based in the Riviera Maya.
I began my journey in 2016 and founded KAKAW in 2020, driven by the desire to create intimate culinary experiences shaped around each guest.
My background in culinary arts and hospitality has allowed me to work closely with clients from different cultures, understanding their needs and transforming meals into meaningful moments.
