Executive Chef with extensive experience in Europe, USA and Latin America. I have lead teams in Luxury hotels , award-winning restaurants, and catering of high profile social and corporate events.
After a fantastic couple of years immersing myself into the fascinatingly diverse and ever-expanding food scene in London, I am currently residing in Los Cabos Mexico.
My clients have included the Royal Household with CREATE of London and I have extensive experiences cooking for Heads of State, PM and Presidents when I was living in Washington DC. Every client is important to me and I always respect their privacy.
