I am a professional chef based in San José del Cabo, Mexico, with international experience and a strong background in seafood and coastal cuisine. I studied at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Boston, where I strengthened my technical skills and professional kitchen foundation. Throughout my career, I have worked in restaurants in Mexico and the United States, including roles as Executive Chef and Sous Chef, and I have been involved in the creation and development of restaurant concepts such as Playa Bruja Tacos y Mariscos and El Aguamala Cevichería. Today, I focus on private dining and catering, creating customized menus and delivering relaxed, high-quality culinary experiences tailored to each guest.
