I love provoking emotions through my food.

I trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Mexico City, where I built a strong foundation in classic techniques while staying close to the bold flavors that shaped my roots. Traveling has always been my greatest source of inspiration—each new place adds a layer to the way I cook, from subtle spices to unexpected traditions that I carry into my kitchen.

What I love most is discovering ingredient pairings that shouldn’t work—but do. I’m constantly exploring and creating flavor combinations that surprise people and stir emotion. For me, cooking is about more than taste—it's about making people feel something through every dish I serve.
