Hello everyone my name is Perla or Perlita, I'm a Mexican sailor cook but I divide my time half in the sea half in land.
I love to create special menus for my clients Incluiding the mixologist to complain my dishes so I can adapt my recipes to your needs.
I have more than 10 years cooking, 6 sailing and my mom is my principal teacher and inspiration at the moment to cook . I'm pretty sure that I don't just cook ...I share my culture trough the food.
Something funny is that my real career is journalist but I love the adventure so here I am
