Get to know me better

Always cooking outdoor with firewood coals. Make a big fire, watching the light, the flame, feeling the heat, can touch the ingredients with my hands.

I started cooking to my family, buying meat cuts, watching some videos, reading too many books, Im selftaught, could see that the grill was easier for me, but I wanted to learn more and more and decided to look for my first job in a Mexican grill as a kitchen assistant after 3 months, thanks to my dedication, I was the restaurant's grill man. Then i got more experience working in a brazilian churrascaria, as a chef in argentinian grills, mexican restaurants, all of them cooking with coals.
