I grew up around the family table, where I learned that great food is really about connection. After more than 20 years as an Executive Chef in luxury hotels, restaurants, and cruise lines, I now create personalized private dining experiences and cooking classes designed to make you feel at home.

My cuisine blends the bold flavors of Mexico with global influences from my journey abroad—Hawaii, the Mediterranean, France, and the Caribbean. Every dish is crafted with intention, warmth, and a genuine passion for service.

Chef Tony and his wife Cynthia provided an amazing service! They were attentive and accommodated our special occasion and dietary requests. The food was amazing and Tony shared stories and information about the food. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Take A Chef provide clear concise instructions and Chef Tony was amazing. His dishes were amazing and he was super friendly. My family and I had the most amazing first chef experience ever and the bar has been set very high.

Chef Tony exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend him for an at home chef.
