I grew up around the family table, where I learned that great food is really about connection. After more than 20 years as an Executive Chef in luxury hotels, restaurants, and cruise lines, I now create personalized private dining experiences and cooking classes designed to make you feel at home.

My cuisine blends the bold flavors of Mexico with global influences from my journey abroad—Hawaii, the Mediterranean, France, and the Caribbean. Every dish is crafted with intention, warmth, and a genuine passion for service.
