Cooking has been my passion since childhood, inspired by my parents and grandparents and the time spent around the table with family. After more than 20 years working as an Executive Chef in restaurants, hospitality, and luxury cruise lines, I now share my love for food through private dining experiences and cooking classes.

Chef Tony and his wife Cynthia provided an amazing service! They were attentive and accommodated our special occasion and dietary requests. The food was amazing and Tony shared stories and information about the food. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
