This passion was transmitted to Tony by his parents and grandparents with whom he discovered the flavors related with his childhood, memories and good times shared with his loved ones.

After 15 years experience as a head chef in several restaurant and cruise lines, Tony has great skills for private clients satisfaction, with excellent organizational and communication skills, he is always producing the highest quality cuisine that all guest will enjoy.

He has been influenced by mexican cuisine since he was really young, but he never stopped studying and thanks to his trips and jobs in several countries with international clients, he can make you enjoy a fusion of international food like Hawaian, French, Mediterranean, Pacific Rim, South Westerm,... cuisines.

Chef Tony and his wife Cynthia provided an amazing service! They were attentive and accommodated our special occasion and dietary requests. The food was amazing and Tony shared stories and information about the food. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Take A Chef provide clear concise instructions and Chef Tony was amazing. His dishes were amazing and he was super friendly. My family and I had the most amazing first chef experience ever and the bar has been set very high.

Chef Tony exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend him for an at home chef.
