I'm Valeria Parra, I have Lic. In Gastronomy, I trying to put all my heart in my cusine
I consider myself a dedicated culinary professional with experience in catering and in restaurants specializing in vegan, Mexican, and Asian cuisine. I hold a degree in Gastronomy from UTM, where I graduated in 2019.
My gastronomic journey began early in my career, and one of the most formative experiences was my visit to France in 2016. During that time, I immersed myself in local techniques, learned traditional dishes, and developed a strong interest in desserts and pastry.
Today, I bring together all these influences—cultural, technical, and creative—to craft dishes that are thoughtful, flavorful, and rooted in continuous learning. I’m committed to growing as a chef and to delivering culinary experiences that reflect passion, discipline, and authenticity.
