I began my culinary journey in Mexico City, where I trained in culinary school and developed a deep respect for discipline, technique and cultural flavor. Over the last 15 years, I have cooked in Mexico, Costa Rica and Canada, working in luxury resorts, private villas, fine-dining restaurants and exclusive chef-table experiences.

Although I am currently based in Mexico, I work as an international private chef and travel frequently for private dinners, events and culinary experiences. Canada — especially Kelowna and the Okanagan — became home to me for five years, and I continue to return regularly for clients who book in advance. I also travel to Costa Rica and other destinations for guests who want a personalized and elevated dining experience.

My style blends Japanese precision and technique with the depth and soul of contemporary Mexican cuisine. I love creating menus inspired by my travels, fresh local ingredients and the people I cook for.

For me, cooking means creating beautiful and memorable moments around the table — no matter where in the world my guests invite me to cook. I am always happy to travel, share my food, and even teach those who want to learn.**
