I’ve spent more than 25 years in kitchens.
Today, I’ve chosen to work differently.
I work as a private chef in Portugal, focusing on villas and small gatherings where things can be done properly. Fewer people, more attention, better product.
What I offer is simple to understand: honest cooking, built around what’s in season, cooked on site, without unnecessary complication.
After all these years, I’m not trying to impress. I’m trying to get it right.
