I am a professional chef with over 14 years of experience in kitchens and hospitality. I started my culinary journey in Switzerland, where I trained in an Italian restaurant under French and Italian chefs, building a strong foundation in precision, consistency, and respect for ingredients. Over the years, I have worked in environments ranging from local Italian restaurants to five-star Swiss hotels and three-Michelin-star kitchens.
Today, my cooking is shaped by French technique, Mediterranean influence, and strong attention to detail. I have worked across many parts of the kitchen and also in guest-facing hospitality roles, which allows me to create experiences that are not only delicious, but also smooth, elegant, and personal. I currently work between Aveiro and Porto and am available for private dinners and selected events.
