Hi, my name is Anthonio. I worked as an Executive Chef in fine dining in Finland for many years, where I built extensive experience in creating high-quality, memorable dining experiences. I am now based in the sunny Algarve, bringing my passion for international cuisine to a new setting. My culinary expertise includes Scandinavian, Italian cuisine with a special focus on fresh homemade pasta, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, as well as a wide range of other international dishes. I enjoy combining authentic techniques with quality ingredients to create delicious, approachable food that reflects both tradition and creativity, always tailored to suit my guests' tastes and preferences. I speak Swedish, Finish and English
