Chef Carlos Pires

I am a chef who spent most of his years working in top hotels such as; sheraton resorts, Mirage hotels, martinhal family resorts among other big names in the hotel industry.

I had the opportunity to learn a lot as I started washing dishes at the age of 16, eventually gaining this passion for cooking and ending up moving up the ranks with a lot of strength and desire to become better every day. At the moment I work with the world-renowned restaurant group "Lpm" (le petit maison).
