As a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach , Holistic Nutritionist and plant-based Nutritional Expert, my passion lies in empowering people with knowledge and great health whilst enjoying life (and food is LIFE!)

I am a Nutrition and Lifestyle educator. My commitment to spreading awareness about holistic health and plant-based nutrition has led me to become a published author, public speaker, and guest presenter at CUNY. Additionally, I've had the honour of being a guest presenter on PCRM's One Healthy World (Un Monde Sain) and host of The Green Life Podcast.

I also opened a retreat space in Arcos de Valdevez and i have been enjoying making amazing food for wellness retreats and events and i love to bring the tasty and pretty meals prepared on retreats, into people's homes too.

I am incredibly privileged in having learned to cook with my late grandmothers, since childhood and i have a great gift with flavours and combinations of different elements to create wonderful menus. I am also expanding my range into more raw living foods! i love the learning process and making people happy through food!

Expression of love and care! In fact, I believe that the best tasting food has a magic ingredient in it: LOVE!

I learned to cook at...

a very young age, with my Italian grand mother, who literally was a wizard in the kitchen and each Sunday, made a feast for the whole family!

Passion, love and having the ability to know how things taste before even trying! i just know the flavours in my head and this is how i create recipes
