Hello! I am a hospitality professional with over 15 years experience working in kitchens and restaurants. I have worked for private owners and corporations alike. My greatest passion is traveling the world with my amazing wife and I love to incorporate global flavors into my cuisine. I am happiest working with clients who share my adventurous spirit, but every great journey needs a comforting place to return to. That balance between exploration and familiarity is the heart of my culinary inspiration.
