I'm a professional educated chef with over than 10 years experience.I've worked as Head Chef in Portugal, Finland and Norway. I was one of the best chef students in Portugal and I 've received a reward from Tourism of Portugal to have an internship abroad. I'm located in Tavira but Open to work in all Algarve area. My focus is to use local ingredients and create a experience based on local food with my own signature.
