A virtuoso professional with rich experience in menu development, aesthetic flair and high-quality implementation of European cuisine.
Having gained a wealth of experience in various kitchen processes, including hot, cold processes, josper, pizza oven, and grill, in TOP restaurants in Ukraine for over 8 years, I have become a confident all-round chef who deeply understands the processes and owns deep knowledge of menu development and preparation of various categories of dishes from local, Eastern European, Mediterranean cuisines. After that, I moved to Portugal, where I gained 2 years of experience in Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisines, as well as experience as a chef, which allowed me to develop a number of signature dishes. Today I have a wide portfolio and a number of special events that I served as a chef.
