Chef Fabian West Van Wees

I am a proffessional Chef with 7 years experience. I studied at the Culinairy school (Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve) in Faro, and have worked since than in various 5 star resorts in the Algarve, I worked at PineCliffs and Vidamar to name a few. Working my way up to Sous Chef level. I speak English, Portuguese and Dutch fluent.

I can prepare any type of meat, fish and shellfish. I am also comfortable with making vegetarian dishes. I pride myself with giving people an explosion of flavors in their mouth. I prefer to work anywhere in the Algarve, however am open to any other opportunites.
