I start my career since 2009 at Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisine, after I consolidated my background in international food mostly the time at Algarve Region with some experiences at Cruise Line and Middle East

My last experience was at a 1* Michelin restaurant

From 2020 i become a freelancer private chef full time

I enjoy to cook random enviroments and styles with focus at the details.
