I’m a Mediterranean chef with a freestyle soul—think Naked Chef energy, just with clothes on (don’t worry). No stiff uniforms, no polished perfection. I cook the way I live: loose, generous, full of heart, and with a good sense of humour.

The food cultures I was raised on—Arab and Portuguese—taught me everything about cooking with feeling, sharing with generosity, and feeding people like you mean it. That’s what shaped my style: mixing flavours and traditions that don’t usually meet and turning them into something unexpected and real.

I like to chat while I cook, share stories, and turn a meal into a moment. It’s casual, warm, and always made to bring people together.

Let me make you a table worth sitting at. Here’s what I offer:

• An Arabian mezze night – bold dips, slow-cooked dishes, warm spices, loud flavours

• A Portuguese feast – oven-baked duck rice, comfort food, and that slow, familiar joy

• A Brazilian feijoada feast – smoky, rich, and made to linger over with wine and friends

• A paella garden party – sizzling pans, saffron in the air, everyone gathered around

• A fusion of all of it – where traditions meet, flavours flirt, and the rules go out the window
