My name is Imre Csendes.

I‘ve been working in professional kitchens for over 15 years as a chef in 3 countries, as Hungary, Denmark and Portugal in many excellent restaurants, hotels, catering units and as a private chef. In early 2023, I decided to become a freelancer and founded my catering company, Planet Based Kitchen.
