I’m Ines, an Italian professional chef and nutritional consultant since 2008.

I am also a certified extra virgin olive oil taster, with a deep appreciation for high-quality ingredients and their origin.

I specialize in plant-based cuisine, while also working with sustainably sourced fish and ethically raised or hunted meat.

My approach goes beyond cooking — I see food as a powerful tool for transformation, supporting energy, clarity and well-being. This vision is at the heart of my project, Aura Cooking.

I offer cooking classes and personalized food experiences, working closely with my clients to create menus that truly reflect their needs, preferences and lifestyle.
