I’m a 27-year-old chef with almost 10 years of experience and a genuine passion for food and hospitality. I graduated in Luxembourg as a Restaurant & Hotel Specialist, where I learned the foundations of classic French haute cuisine and professional service.

Over the years, my travels and experiences have inspired the way I cook. Today, I bring together classical techniques with the flavours, cultures and memories I have discovered along the way, creating dishes that are refined, personal and full of character.

For me, food is about more than just what is on the plate — it is about bringing people together, sharing special moments and creating memories around the table that stay with you long after the last course.
