I am a female chef from New Zealand and I now live in Loule.
I spent 12 years working on Superyachts travelling the world before settling in portugal.
I am also performance nutrition coach and personal trainer, so I have a passion for fresh, whole foods that offer sustenance as well as pleasure. I also bake a lot of sourdough.
I have strong background in health specific needs I.e. vegan, gluten free and allergy specific cooking as well as a strong knowledge in Kosher cooking.
