Chef Miguel Leal

I’m a professional chef. Began my career in the catering business as a helper and climbed my way up to a chef. Started as an engineering student who decided to “try” some new perspectives, it ended up to be what completes me. Being in catering allowed me to work with dozens of chefs from all types of cuisines and to develop skills and experience in all varieties of dishes.

I make everything from scratch, even the table bread, it's a recipe from the family ancestors, worked by hand and cooked in a wooden oven.
