We are a culinary duo passionate about transforming the raw, wild essence of São Miguel into an unforgettable private dining experience. We don’t believe in shortcuts, and we don’t compromise on quality.
Our philosophy is simple: we only cook with what the island yields today. Every morning, we personally visit the local fish markets (lotas) to select the freshest catch from the Atlantic. Our beef comes exclusively from the finest, grass-fed Azorean cattle, renowned worldwide for its tenderness and flavor.
As a team of two, we provide a seamless, highly personalized service where every detail is taken care of—from menu design to the final cleanup. We are not the cheapest choice on the island, but we are the choice for those who value authenticity, master craftsmanship, and the true taste of the Azores. Our flawless guest reviews are the proof.
