Get to know me better

I'm a discreet person that love his job, who work with passion and respect. My specialty is fresh pasta.

My name is Mirko, I worked like a professional chef about 13 years, the biggest part of my career is formed in Italy but I also work in Germany, France and Panama. I have experimented with many ingredients, innovative dishes, and of the Italian tradition. I work in restaurants as "Io e Luna"; "Cascina Monticone"; "Il Faro"; "Ca del Lupo"; and also as privet chef for Spinola family. I like to work in respect for people and their privacy, and in the cleanliness of the environment in which I work.

I can cook for you or teach: fresh pasta (specialty) with every sauce that crosses your mind, risotto, fish dishes, meat dishes, home pizza, bread and grissini and desserts like (tiramisù, panna cotta...ecc.) JUST ASK and we'll do it!
