I’m Mirte the chef behind O Lobo Faminto, a garden to table concept rooted in simplicity, seasonality and connection.
Raised in a family with roots in the kitchen. I grew up understanding that cooking is more than just feeding people, it’s about creating moments, bringing people together and making them feel something.
Now based in the Algarve, I work as a private chef for private dinners, retreats and pop up experiences across Portugal. My cooking is guided by what’s in season, what’s local and what feels right and fair. From vegetables grown in the garden to fish from the coast and carefully sourced meat.
I don’t follow strict rules or labels. It's about food that is nourishing, generous and meant to be shared.
