I am Monica Migliore, originally from Sicily, but living in Portugal since 2016.
I am a conscious consumer and a vegetarian vegan chef, my motto is from seed to plate.
Here in Portugal I collaborate, in the Beira Alta Region as Chef with several entities that are involved in yoga and wellness retreats.
I am an astahnga yoga practitioner, and I have my own small farm, where I grow whatever I can, and use the process products usually for retreats and events.
