I am a professional with 13 year experience in the culinary world. I studied at Anhembi Morumbi College in Brazil. After many experiences in different kinds of kitchens, I decided to come and work in Europe. I worked in Dublin and Porto. Everyday is a challenge working in the kitchen, challenges that I can overcome.
