"Cooking is a form art & therapy."
I am self-made chef with over 15 years experience' in cooking for family events, birthdays and anniversaries as well as work events. I find myself to be very comfortable with Arabic and Asian dishes as my inspiration comes from my father's cooking since I was a little curious girl.
I am yet to be a certified chef with proper credentials, neverthless, I am very optimistic that I could successfully, entertain and cook for a curious bunch, given the opportunity!
I would like to introduce a menu with helpful portions of appetizers, main courses and desserts with a diverse palate of Arabian and Indian spices and herbs, where sweet meets savoury and then ends with a pinch of spicy.
