I started my professional career in 2016, in a 5* Hotel (Tivoli Marina Vilamoura), from then on I became excited about the world of cooking, I found it incredible the various options we can make simply from one ingredient.

Day after day, I found myself wanting to know more and more, I had found a meaning for my life, it gave me enormous pleasure to see people enjoying my food while they were happily chatting, that feeling still dominates me until the nowadays.

I cook with my soul, and being a Private Chef fulfills me, because I'm cooking while you yearn to taste my dishes, as if I were a painter with a blank canvas.

I love creating good moments, and there are better moments than:

I learned to cook with my father,when I was a teenager we barely had food in the house, my father could make a delicious meal with just 1-3 ingredient
