being obsessed with cooking since I started my career in hospitality and try to cook every dish with love and perfection.
I am a professional cook with 3 years of experience in danish and Portuguese kitchens. I have no institutional education in culinary but I have read more than 4 books on cooking which helps me to understand the science behind every dish I cook. The most mind-blowing and complicated book I have read was "The Flavour Equation" by Nik sharma in which I learnt how to get the richness in every sauce, how to get the maximum flovours from a dish, how to understand the aroma.
