Chef with over 30 years of international experience in the fine dining industry, Sandro Passariello embodies the excellence of Italian cuisine around the world. Born in Italy and currently residing in Portugal, he has built a distinguished career working in some of the most prestigious restaurants in Italy, England, Spain, Germany, the United States, Peru, and Brazil.
A graduate in Gastronomic Sciences from the San Raffaele University in Rome, he has masterfully combined the solid foundations of Italian culinary tradition with a contemporary and creative approach. His cuisine strikes a refined balance between authenticity and innovation, enhancing original flavors through modern techniques and elegant presentations.
His iconic recipes continue to feature on the menus of numerous international restaurants he has collaborated with, a testament to his lasting impact and culinary talent.
He is currently the President of the Italian Chefs Federation in Portugal and an official collaborator of the Italian Embassy in Portugal, where he promotes Italian gastronomic culture through events, consulting, and diplomatic initiatives.
