I am a professional chef with 20 years experience in the culinary world.
I was born in the UK, moved to Portugal at a young age and meal times were always important to me, as they represented "family time".
Growing up, I was eager to learn more about flavors and textures, so moved back to London to study, spent some time at Michelin Starred restaurant GUSTO in Quinta do Lago. Eventually, I discovered my true passion: catering.
Being able to witness families sharing their time around a table during their vacations and knowing I’m a part of it truly fulfills me.
