I am a professional chef with 20 years experience in the culinary world.

I was born in the UK, moved to Portugal at a young age and meal times were always important to me, as they represented "family time".

Growing up, I was eager to learn more about flavors and textures, so moved back to London to study, spent some time at Michelin Starred restaurant GUSTO in Quinta do Lago. Eventually, I discovered my true passion: catering.

Being able to witness families sharing their time around a table during their vacations and knowing I’m a part of it truly fulfills me.

Sarah’s menu for our group was great! Each dish was delicious and nicely presented. The communication to structure the menu was easy and quick, and Sarah was able to accommodate our wishes without any issues. Highly recommended!

Chef Sarah put together an excellent family friendly menu for our get-together. She was great to communicate with and also had an excellent knowledge of catering for various food allergies. The food was absolutely delicious, I would highly recommend her.

Sarah is a very kind person and she did a wonderful job. We had a incredible dinner and enjoy the hole service. The kids loved Sarah‘s lasagne. We would book her anytime again.

The food was amazing and really well presented! Chef Sarah worked with what we had in our rented villa to make the birthday special. We had a minor misunderstanding about vegan menu but it was resolved and did not spoil the evening - would just recommend confirming menus before the event. We also had the waiter service which was lovely and meant we could relax and enjoy the evening!

Chef Sarah was wonderful. I would recommend her every time. She was professional, her food was delicious and she left our kitchen cleaner than it was before!

Wow - Sarah was absolutely amazing. She cooked the most gorgeous food and completely understood the vibe we wanted on our family holiday. We had a brief power cut and she even started up the bbq to finish off our main courses. She was really lovely left the kitchen extremely clean we are so gutted she’s busy this week and can’t cook for us again!!!! I would highly highly recommend Sarah. Thank you again for a wonderful evening.

Fantastic experience for my birthday dinner. We had 7 guests plus a baby, and everything was handled brilliantly. The food was excellent, the menu was really well put together, and every dish was cooked perfectly. Great service throughout and made the evening feel really special. Would definitely recommend and use again!
