My name is Sarah Jane Verissimo, I am a professional chef with 20 years experience in the culinary world.

I was born in the UK and moved to Portugal at a young age.

Meal times were always important to me, as they represented "family time".

Growing up, I was eager to learn more about flavors and textures, so moved back to London to study, spent some time at Michelin Starred restaurant GUSTO in Quinta do Lago. Eventually, I discovered my true passion: catering.

Being able to witness families sharing their time around a table during their vacations and knowing I’m a part of it truly fulfills me.

Chef Sarah Jane was truly incredible! We were a big group with a lot of dietary restrictions and ended up being a bit delayed on the day of, but Chef Sarah was extremely patient and flexible. Then, the food was absolutely stellar, from the presentation to the taste. Thank you so much for making my birthday dinner meal so special!!

Chef Sarah Jane was incredible, super professional. The food was great! We were all really impressed with the service that she provided!

Chef Sarah was professional in every way. She was totally organized and selected serving dishes that complimented our menu. She explained each dish and had each course ready to present at the appropriate time. Her clean-up left our kitchen in excellent readiness for our next meal, with dishes done and back in their appropriate places, and with the dishwasher ready for us to start. Prior to our meal she was in touch with us on multiple occasions to be sure the menu suited our desires. We would try to engage her in a flash when next in this region,

Sarah was delightful to work with from start to finish- responsive to our particular menu needs, and took care of everything beautifully.
