I m self-taught and passionate about cooking. I grew up with a good understanding of quality products, observed my parents and other cooks preparing, cooking simple, traditional meals in my childhood. When I started cooking professionally, I quickly felt comfortable to produce authentic dishes thanks to my French, portuguese and English culinary background. Along the years, I progressed and developed my creativity specially with vegetarian and vegan dishes.
