After many years of conforming to the industrys rules, I have decided to start my own path to create personal experiencces that fit other peoples lifestyles and my own. I love food, and cooking is how I express myself.

My mother had me in the kitchen since I was 12. I learned everything on site. Working my way up the chain and learning from eveyone on the way.
