Chef Paula Atucha

I am a passionate and creative chef with Peruvian and Chilean heritage, deeply rooted in the culinary traditions of Peru. My cooking is inspired by extensive travel across South, Central, North America and Asia, allowing me to craft dishes that reflect the diverse flavors of the continent. I enjoy blending traditional Peruvian cuisine with international influences, particularly Nikkei (Peruvian-Japanese fusion) and Thai techniques.

Currently, I serve as the Private Chef to the Ambassador of Peru, where I curate and prepare monthly high-level luncheons for diplomats and distinguished guests, showcasing innovative interpretations of Peruvian cuisine. I also lead the culinary direction for large-scale embassy events.

In addition to my professional role, I am passionate about holistic nutrition. I focus on creating balanced meals using whole foods, non-inflammatory oils, and unrefined and refined sugar-free ingredients (upon request). I also specialize in gluten-free and dairy-free cooking, including desserts, ensuring both health-conscious and delicious outcomes.
