A professionally trained and experienced (10years) chef creating hearty fine bistro style meals to warm the heart and get the wine flowing.

I am a BSc graduate in Sociology as well as Diploma in Food Preparation with work experience in both customer care & professional catering in the hospitality sector.

I studied to be a professional chef at the Prue Leith Chefs Academy in Johannesburg where I received the London City & Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation. Apart from a varied array of private catering, I have worked professionally as a chef in fine dining restaurant kitchens on wine estates and with a major hotel group .

I am an engaging person with strong sense of integrity and an awareness of personal responsibility. I am adaptable fast-learner with great team spirit, familiar with working in a cross-cultural environment and a strong ability to cope under stress.
