Restaurant chef for multiple award-winning restaurant. Worldly, ambitious and highly skilled in a variety of cuisines with a strong understanding of flavor profiles. Studied under Chef Brad Ball at Bistro Sixteen82 and then joined him at Peddlars & co. Launched Reuben Riffles Sandton based Restaurant at The Capital Moloko. Ran La Boqueria, an hispanic eatery in Parktown North Johannesburg as the Executive Chef. Was selected as 1 of 6 iconic chefs at Noble Vice 2019.

Dynamic, resourceful and skilled Executive chef with successful experiences in fine food, casual dining and catering.

I am honest, highly motivated and want to get ahead in life. I am hard-working, diligent and a fast and eager learner. I communicate in a friendly manner and can easily relate to individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
