I started my culinary career in Dubrovnik, Croatia and continued to adventure myself in other cuisines, first in Qatar, and later in London in high class restaurants and luxury hotels. I love to work with meat, and fish. I love the modern food, more Mediterranean cuisine - fine dining, urban, that is very tasty and eye-catching. I use all sorts of foods, I like to work with fruit, vegetables, and chocolate to combine it all together. I like to combine food and meals in unusual creations. I am open to cook at your home or at mine as well.
