I have 12 years of experience in cuisine, as a Chef. I graduated in Gastronomy in Brazil and work in important restaurants and hotels.

I participated and won the Hell's Kitchen Brasil, season 4 and I was the only woman in the country to win this competition . Since then I did a lot of courses to improve myself, such as Le Cordon Bleu Paris and School Chef Laurent Sudeau. I moved to Portugal in 2019 and since there I work around the country and outside.

Cris was amazing. She came in with her assistant. Worked super quietly and nicely organized in our kitchen. Set up the table beautifully. The food was beyond amazing! So delicious, flavourfull and so nicely presented. They cleaned the whole kitchen while we were still enjoying a glass of wine at the tableand took the trash out. The kitchen was cleaner than before they came. I would 100% recommend taking chef Cris! Thankyou for this beautiful unforgetable diner experience.

Chef Cris and her partner were wonderful - they came right at the time they said they would and took care of everything while we got to relax near our pool. The meal was our best meal in the algarves - and it was so wonderful to get the history and story behind some of the dishes, as well a large variety of things to try amongst our group of 10. Would absolutely recommend chef Cris!

We booked Cris and Jess for our small wedding. The food and service was incredible, We changed menus and times more than once and Cris was so accommodating in every way. Food was spectacular, and service also top level, so much better than what we were expecting. . I would 100% recommend.

Cris Mota and Jessica were lovely to have. They cooked for us twice and both times were amazing experiences. From the table dressing to cleaning up and the delicious, beautifully presented food. We would highly recommend Chef Cris and Jess. They were professional and very accommodating to the guests who had dietary requirements. We were a group of 8 adults with 2 who could not have pork and 1 no dairy. The alternative menu for the 3 were even tastier than the standard with one guest stating the dairy free dessert was the best dessert he had ever eaten. All dishes were exceptional and we loved that we were able to tailor the menu to what we wanted, even mixing and matching from her current menus. Best part was that we didn’t have to clean up afterwards. All was taken care of and even tidier than how we originally left it. The bins were also disposed of which was a great help. We would highly recommend Chef Cris to anyone looking for a private chef in the Algarve. Thank you chef Cris and Jess!

Cris and her wonderful assistant Jess were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Great attention to detail, making our daughter’s pre wedding dinner a lovely experience. The food and presentation was excellent and you could see how everything was created using fresh local ingredients. Thank you Cris and Jess- would absolutely recommend ????????????

Amazing meal from Chef Cris! We’re sharing a big villa as a large family and struggled to find somewhere for dinner out, so we ended up having it brought to us and would highly recommend! Her and her team created an amazing meal despite a few different dietary requirements and fussy teens, and also left the house spotless. We’d love to book again!

omg I don't even know where to start, she was amazing!! we was let down last minuet on another chef and she came to the rescue. it was more than what I expected and she really didn't disappoint. the food was on point and there was plenty of it too. I didn't realise they would clean are themselves too so walking into the kitchen was a massive surprise. I will be rebook this in a heart beat

Cris and her team were amazing, cannot recommend them enough!! They understood what kind of dining experience we wanted and delivered a beautiful family-style menu that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Fresh, local, quality ingredients and classic recipes were elevated by this chef’s skillful preparation. Communication with Cris was easy and clear throughout. Great value for the price.

Cris Mota and Olivia (Jess) Carneiro were our chefs for the week. There were 12 of us: 8 adults, 1 teenager, and 3 younger children. The only way I can describe the meals is "incredible". Each meal had a selections of appetizers, a starter, a main, and dessert. Jess presented each dish and told us what the ingredients were. One dinner was more beautiful than the next and each tasted as good as they looked. We negotiated the menu ahead of time as there were some special diet requirements in our group. They gave me a sample menu and we used it as a base to build upon. My entire family raved about each and every meal. Because we had little ones with us who needed a reasonable bedtime, I asked that dinner be served at 6:30. Cris and Jess arrived at promptly at 4:30 every day and prepared the meal to begin appetizers right at 6:30. When they left at about 9:00, the kitchen was spotless and anything that was leftover was packaged and put in the refrigerator for lunch the next day. And both were so pleasant and fun to be with. I simply cannot say enough about them. They are the A++++++ team..
