I am a professional chef with over 12 years culinary experience. Beginning in kitchens owned by my parents, I was inspired at a young age to craft high quality meals that bring exciting new flavors and qualities to each dining experience. Having worked in a wide variety of cuisines and restaurants, I have developed a very broad range of skills that allow me to create unique and fantastic dishes, along side perfected traditional offerings.
