I am a 34 years old Italian/Australian Chef.
I love simple, healthy and tasty ingredients,
Excited to serve biologic and free range, local food,
as well as enjoy to create dishes using modern and molecular gastronomy techniques.
Born in Italy and I have been travelling and lived in Australia since 2013.
Scaling positions in different Kitchens and meeting awesome chefs from all around the world.
I work clean, fast, reliable Chef, and respectful guy, passionate about cooking and nature in general.
I do also love to stay outdoors, keeping in shape with indoor gym boulder climb and rock climbing.
