I am a professional chef with 11 years of experience, primarily classically French-trained, but over the years I’ve developed a deep passion for a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Japanese, and Thai. I began my career in Canada, working in fine dining restaurants, wineries, and wedding catering companies before branching out to start my own private chef business.
