I have been a chef for 9 years. After studying at a hatted restaurant in Canberra and helping my partner build a fine dining restaurant, I moved to Sydney to expand my repertoire working at Yellow and Cirrus Restaurant, and staging at Poly, nel and NOMAD.
Today I am interested in creating experiences and expanding my horizons outside of a commercial kitchen.
