Unconditional love for cooking and food
I m an Italian chef with 20+ years experience in multiples venues around the world .
Passionate about food and travel where i find the inspiration to create new dishes mix new ingredients and meet people from different cultures.
I start to work in a professional kitchen when I was 15 in my hometown in Italy then I move to Spain for a couple of years.
After that I decide to move to Australia where I live now and here I meet a lot of chef from different countries and I pick and learned from them many different dishes and ways to respect and cook the ingredients.
I am confident in italian, Spanish, Indian, Japanese, Thai, Indonesian, North African cuisine but not limited to them I like to experiment new dishes with a mix of all the cuisine and knowledge I acquire with my travels.
