I am a professional chef that has been working in the industry for 20 years. Have worked in all aspects of catering..from pubs to fine dining. I have travelled thr world while living in Canada, Scotland and UK. I have a passion for great food using the freshest ingredients. My favourite cusines to cook would be Asian, Italian and French.
