I have over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry and hold Food Handling and Food Safety qualifications, along with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery from William Angliss. I later advanced my training with a Certificate IV in Pâtisserie, further expanding my expertise and refining my craft.

With this background, I’m confident in my ability to deliver a wide range of culinary styles and preparation techniques. I specialize in Korean and Japanese cuisines, bringing authenticity, precision, and passion to every dish I prepare.
